It seems someone, probably drug runners, are taping mysterious packages to the bottom of random cars.

In the first report I heard about this, they were using magnets to attach the packages, so, if it is a strong enough magnet, grease won't really matter.

That sounds kind of terrifying. Although, on the bright side, now it will be easy to justify owning a 4C or a P1, etc. Carbon fibre, last time I checked, is not magnetic. At least I'm pretty sure.
